Who is GigDriverSupply for?
Our products are selected for people who work from a vehicle: food-delivery drivers, grocery shoppers, couriers, cargo and Roadie-style drivers, mobile service workers, and other frequent drivers. You do not need to work for a particular app to use the gear.

How does shipping work?
Shipping depends on the product and fulfillment partner. The Car Seat Gap Organizer currently has a $0 Standard option where available; some other products do too. Products fulfilled through Shopify Collective use the partner's carrier rate, which depends on your destination. Add items to checkout to see the available services and full shipping cost before ordering. Products from different partners may arrive in separate packages. Tracking is provided when available. Delivery estimates vary by product and destination and appear on the product page or at checkout when available. See the Shipping Policy.
Is shipping free on every product?
No. The $0 Standard rate applies only to products on that shipping profile; it is not a storewide free-shipping promise. Other products, services, destinations, or mixed carts may have different rates. Check the available options and total at checkout before placing your order.
Can I buy the suggested setups as one kit?
Yes. Visit Driver Kits for the available Clean Shift and Cargo Shift bundles. The Night Shift kit is currently unavailable. Choose your glove size on the Cargo Shift Kit. Its tail organizer fits straps up to 1⅜ in wide; the XL protectors fit 1½–2 in straps, so they are for different straps. Components may ship separately from different fulfillment partners. Other Start Here recommendations remain separate purchases; check each listing for its included items and shipping details.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can help resolve it. We cover return shipping when an item arrives damaged or defective or the wrong item was sent. See the full policy for instructions.
What is the return window?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is generally the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or the incorrect item was sent. See the full Refund Policy for conditions and instructions.
How do I know whether an item fits my vehicle or setup?
Check the dimensions, power requirements, connector type, and variant name on the product page before ordering. Measure the intended space when fit matters. Vehicle interiors and cup holders vary, so a product described for cars is not automatically universal.
How should I choose a jump starter or tire inflator?
Compare the product's stated voltage, supported engine size, connector type, pressure range, and included accessories with your vehicle owner's manual. Follow the product and vehicle manufacturers' safety instructions. A portable unit is preparation gear, not a substitute for vehicle maintenance or professional roadside help.
Do touchscreen gloves work with every phone?
Touchscreen response can vary with the device, screen protector, glove fit, moisture, and temperature. Select the correct size and use the designated touchscreen-compatible area of the glove.
Can I get help before ordering?
Yes. Use the Contact page and include the product name, variant, and your question. For fit questions, add the relevant vehicle measurement or device specification so we can give a more useful answer.
Do work gloves come as one pair or a bulk pack?
Choose 1 pair for one left and one right glove, or 12 pairs for a bulk pack in the selected size and color where offered. The product price updates when you change the option.
Are ratchet straps included with the strap accessories?
No. The tail organizer and XL abrasion protector are separate accessories. Check the supported webbing width on each product; they fit different strap widths and do not increase a strap's load rating.
